EasyAds is an AI-powered advertising management platform that connects to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts and automates strategy creation, creative generation, audience targeting, budget management, and performance optimization on behalf of users.
The Service uses large language models provided by Anthropic (for strategy, analysis, and optimization) and Google (for image generation and ad copy). AI-generated output is provided as a tool to assist you - it does not constitute professional advertising, legal, financial, or marketing advice.
The Service is intended for businesses and marketing professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
To use EasyAds you must create an account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.
EasyAds operates on a subscription model with the following self-serve plans:
Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions are charged as a single payment covering 12 months. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, a paid plan is required to continue using the Service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the remaining period, except as required by law or as stated below.
Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days of paid use, contact us at help@goeasyads.com for a full refund.
EasyAds requires connection to your Meta Business account to function. By connecting your Meta account, you:
You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from Settings. Disconnecting revokes EasyAds access to future data and pauses all active AI management. Historical data already in EasyAds is retained per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
You may use EasyAds only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:
EasyAds uses Anthropic and Google AI systems to generate ad copy, images, and campaign strategies. AI is an assistive tool - it is not a replacement for human judgment. You acknowledge that:
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to EasyAds (brand assets, logos, product images, business information). By uploading content, you grant EasyAds a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated content: Ad copy and images generated by EasyAds AI are assigned to you upon generation. You may use them freely for your advertising purposes, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic and Google).
Our platform: The EasyAds software, interface, algorithms, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Orosz Enterprises FZE LLC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform while your subscription is active.
Your use of EasyAds is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.
EASYADS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY ADVERTISING RESULTS. Specifically:
By using EasyAds to manage advertising campaigns, you expressly acknowledge that you have understood and accepted these limitations.
EasyAds is not responsible for any impact on your brand image, reputation, or public perception resulting from advertising campaigns created, managed, or optimized through the Service. This includes but is not limited to:
You retain full editorial and legal responsibility for all content published to Meta or any other platform via EasyAds.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASYADS AND OROSZ ENTERPRISES FZE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO EASYADS IN THE 3 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) USD $500.
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions (which may include EU member states and certain US states), our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; (B) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES; (C) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (D) THE SERVICE IS FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orosz Enterprises FZE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) any content you publish or approve through the platform; or (e) any claim by a consumer, regulator, or third party arising from an advertising campaign you operated using EasyAds.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
Upon account deletion, your workspace data (campaigns, ads, creatives, uploaded files) is deleted immediately. Financial records are retained as required by law. Database backup copies may persist for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
To request a copy of your data before deletion, email help@goeasyads.com at least 7 days before closing your account. We will fulfil export requests within 30 days where technically feasible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
EU / EEA Users: Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law (including the right to seek redress through your national courts or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Hungarian users may also contact the Hungarian Arbitration Board for Consumer Protection (Fogyasztóvédelmi Hatóság) or their local consumer protection authority.
US Users: To the extent permitted by law, any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules. Class action and jury trial rights are waived. Nothing prevents you from filing a complaint with the FTC, your state Attorney General, or other regulatory bodies.
Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not enforceable, to the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyAds. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.
