Each commission is Pending for 30 days (our refund window). After that it becomes Available. Any time your Available balance is above $50, click "Request payout" in Settings → Affiliate. Enter your payout details, and we send the money via bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Revolut.
If a referral cancels, you stop earning on them going forward — but everything you already earned stays yours. If they refund a specific invoice, that specific commission is reversed. That's it — no retroactive clawbacks on other invoices.

Affiliate payouts are taxable income — you're responsible for reporting them in your jurisdiction. When you request a payout, we collect your legal name, address, and country for our records. Please consult your accountant about reporting the income locally.
